A PROGRAM DEVELOPED OVER TWENTY SEVEN YEARS
A meal plan will be formed within two days of receiving the following information from you: Weight, Height, Age, Fat %, and two pictures of yourself (front and back, of course).
Initially, changes will be made to the diet place every second week, according to progress. Thereafter, weekly changes will be made to your meal plan.
A supplement plan will be custom developed for you in order to obtain the best results possible.
A training program will be developed for you according to your physique goals. Everyone reacts differently to physical activity, and GTS will monitor your progress and ensure that your body is reacting well to your program.
